01. Platform Package Setup Fees & Non-Refundability
Platform setup fees cover server provisioning, API key issuance, dedicated IP binding, custom database schema setup, and 260+ provider contract allocations:
Non-Refundable Upon Key Issuance: Once the technical infrastructure is provisioned and API credentials have been issued to the Operator, the one-time setup fee is non-refundable, as third-party provider allocation costs are incurred immediately by the Company.
02. GGR Quota Credit Deposits & Multiplier
2.1 Minimum Deposit Policy: First-time initial GGR top-ups require a minimum deposit of $500 USDT (which credits 5,000 GGR points). Subsequent reloads require a minimum of $100 USDT (1,000 GGR points).
2.2 GGR Consumption: As your players generate net wins across integrated game studios, the corresponding revenue share (5%, 7%, or 10%) is automatically deducted from your credit quota balance in real-time.
2.3 Unconsumed Balance Refund: If an Operator decides to discontinue operations with thirty (30) days notice, any unconsumed cash deposit balance (excluding consumed GGR quotas or setup fees) is fully refundable to the Operator’s verified corporate USDT wallet within 7 business days, minus standard blockchain network gas fees.
03. Enterprise Domain Expansion & Monthly Rebate Policy
Operators on the Enterprise Package ($4,999 USDT) receive ten (10) complimentary brand domain licenses included in their master agreement.
- Initial Onboarding: Domains 1 through 10 are completely free of setup charges.
- Additional Domains (11+): Connecting an 11th or subsequent website domain requires an onboarding deposit of $850 USDT per domain.
- Automated Monthly Refund ($250): At the conclusion of each active calendar month of gameplay, $250 USDT is automatically refunded and credited back directly to the merchant’s operator deposit balance for that domain (resulting in an effective net onboarding cost of only $600/domain).
04. Erroneous Deposits & TxID Verification
4.1 Incorrect Network Submissions: If an Operator transfers funds to an unsupported blockchain network (e.g., sending ERC-20 tokens to a TRC-20 address), our technical recovery team will assist in manual recovery where cryptographic private keys allow. A $50 network recovery fee applies.
4.2 Duplicate TxID Claims: Submitting forged or duplicate blockchain transaction hashes will result in instant account flag and suspension of API gateway routing.
4.3 Deposit Activation Time: Under normal blockchain network conditions, verified USDT transfers are approved and credited to the operator balance within 15–30 minutes.
05. How to Submit a Refund Inquiry
To initiate a formal financial audit or unconsumed deposit refund request, the Operator must submit a support ticket via the Operator Console or email support@novisoft.us with:
- Operator Code & Registered Corporate Email
- Original Blockchain Transaction Hash (TxID)
- Audit Ledger Export for the Disputed Period
- Receiving USDT Wallet Address (TRC-20 / ERC-20)
